Greenwich to Columbia

This picture(s) were taken along the piers around Christopher St.  We are working on the jumping picture shots theme.  :-)

So no more living in Greenwich Village for me.  I had an amazing time on Bleecker St but this Sunday I packed up and moved to David's place by Columbia.  Time for a new perspective of the city.

Friday night after work Lesley and grabbed a bite at Panchito's Mexican Restaurant on MacDougal.  We split a fajita and had a few drinks.  The raspberry margarita...mmmm.  We had a great waiter named Tommy who chit chatted with us and gave us some helpful info on the city.  He even offered to give me a tour of Inwood where he lives.  Inwood is by the northern tip of Manhattan.  It's apparently a decent place with great rent prices.  It will be worth at least exploring up there.

After dinner we headed home and then met up again to go celebrate our friend Austin's 30th birthday at a gay bar called The Ritz on west 46th Street.  We drank, danced, and had loads of fun.

Saturday was a lazy day, didn't do to much.  I walked around a little and just enjoyed my last full day in the apartment.

Sunday I moved my stuff in the morning to David's.  Did some last minute cleaning of the Greenwich apt and then met up with Lesley.  We walked towards the water, took some fun pics, and checked out Chelsea Piers.

Chelsea Piers is amazing.  They have bowling, a few places to eat, a spa, ice rink, sailing place and a HUGE sports club.  We took a tour of the sports club just to check it out, fantastic.

We ended our night with a some grub and TV.
